Bodybuilding is a beautiful yet misunderstood sport. Some tend to think it is a "less of a sport" than other sports, because there are no set criteria for winning and it is based of a judge’s decision.
I am proud to announce this is a sport which has SPECIFIC criteria. Due to its nature it is subjective to the eye of the beholder, but you have to have prefect proportions, extreme muscle size and excellent details and all-around look.
In Israel there are two large bodybuilding associations – one is IFBB , and the other is NABBA. Whilst in other countries IFBB is usually the largest and most serious association of two because it is the only organization where you can become PRO in. In Israel both organizations are about the same size. Actually during past years, a large amount of leading figures in the Israeli bodybuilding moved from IFBB to NABBA.
Israeli IFBB organizations is capable of granting a pro title to the overall winner, but up to now – it has never happened. We all wish to see serious Israeli athletes in the pro ranks soon.
